COIN-IN PRIVACY POLICY

Notice: Updated January 30, 2017

Effective Date: January 30, 2017

1. Purpose. We have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how Coin-In Software, Inc. ("Coin-In", "we" or "us") collects, uses and shares information we obtain from you when you use Coin-In’s services (the "Services") from within a third-party application (each a " Third-Party App") or through a Coin-In-owned application or web site. This Privacy Policy, along with Coin-In's Terms of Use forms a legally binding agreement between you and us. Because the Internet is global, information about you that we collect or that you submit may be transferred to, processed in, and held in countries (including the United States of America) other than the one in which you reside. By using the Services, you explicitly consent to such use of your information and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Third-Parties. Please note that this Privacy Policy only governs Coin-In's use of your User Information (as defined below). You may access Third Party Apps, as well as third party websites through Coin-In’s Services.  Any Third Party App's use of your User Information is governed by the Third Party App's own privacy practices and you should review the Third Party App's privacy policy to understand its privacy practices. Similarly, any third party website’s use of your User Information is governed by that third party’s privacy practices and you should review that third party’s privacy policy to understand its privacy practices.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any Third Party App or third party website.

3. Usage Data. We collect certain technical and usage information from your device when you use our Services or an application that contains the Services, to help us understand how you use the Services (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as "Usage Data"). For example, each time you use our Services or an application that contains the Services, we may collect your IP address, device ID, browser and computer or device type, location data, access time, the web page or application from which you came, and the web page(s) that you access during your visit. We may also use cookies (which are small amounts of data sent from a web server to your browser that are stored in your computer's or device's memory) in connection with our Services.  We may use cookies for a variety of reasons, including, without limitation, to keep track of your use of the Services, to validate your identity, to remember your password and preferences, to tailor the Services to meet your personal interests, and to improve the quality of the Services. Generally, you can set your browser not to accept cookies or to notify you if you are sent a cookie, giving you the opportunity to choose whether or not to accept the cookie. Please note that if you do set your browser not to accept cookies, certain areas of the Service may not function properly.

4. Personal Information. You must register with Coin-In to use our Services. You can either register through Coin-In directly or through Facebook.  As part of the registration process, you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself by which someone could personally identify you (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as "Personal Information"), including without limitation, your first and last name, your home address, your email address, date of birth, and gender. When you register, you may also be asked to create a username and password.  We may use your Personal Information for a variety of purposes, including, without limitation, managing and monitoring your account, responding to your requests or questions, and enhancing the social functionality of the Services by displaying certain Profile Information (as defined below).

5. Our Information Sharing Practices.

(a) Generally. Except as otherwise described in this section of our Privacy Policy or in the Public Information section of our Privacy Policy (described below), our policy is to not share your Usage Data or Personal Information (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as "User Information") with any third party without your permission.

(b) Aggregated Data. We may collect and use aggregated User Information of users who use the Services for the purpose of enhancing users' experiences using Coin-In's service, and providing feedback to Coin-In's customers and partners. From time to time, we may share aggregated User Information with third parties for their own independent purposes.

(c) Service Providers. From time to time, we may enter into relationships with third parties who provide services to us (e.g., we outsource a portion of our electronic mailing to a third party). In those circumstances, we may disclose the User Information that is necessary for such service providers to perform those services on our behalf.

(d) Trusted Partners.  We may provide your User Information to additional trusted partners in limited situations, for example, so that they may contact you with special offers that may be of interest to you.  We are not responsible for any communications you receive from third parties, including those that come from our trusted partners.  If you have questions about the communications you receive from third parties or wish to opt out of receiving future messages from a third party, you will need to contact the specific third party.

(d) Other Disclosure Scenarios. Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy to the contrary, we reserve the right, and you also hereby expressly authorize us, to share any User Information: (1) in response to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish, protect, or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims; (2) if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, fraud, or situations involving potential threats to us or the safety of any person or property; (3) if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding significant abuse of the Services' infrastructure or the Internet in general (such as voluminous spamming, denial of service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of information); (4) to our parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control with us (in which case we will require such entities to honor this Privacy Policy); and (5) as part of a corporate transaction, such as a merger or asset acquisition.

6. Public Information. To enhance the social functionality of the Services, certain information (which we will refer to in this Privacy Policy collectively as "Profile Information"), such as your name, profile picture, games recently played and rewards claimed, may be automatically posted to your public profile on the Services. By choosing to use the Services, you understand and agree that anyone may access, use, and disclose any information contained in your public profile on the Services. Also, there may be areas of the Services (e.g., public profiles, message boards, discussion rooms, and other online forums) in which you are able to post information that will be available to all other users of the Services. By choosing to use these areas, you understand and agree that anyone may access, use, and disclose any information that you post to those areas.

7. Modifying and Deleting Your Personal Information. If you would like to modify or delete from our database, any Personal Information stored in your profile, or if you would like to delete your profile completely, you can do so as follows: log into the Services and proceed to the "Account Settings" section where you have the ability to edit your information or close your account. Our policy is to implement these changes within ten (10) calendar days. Please note that any Personal Information that we have copied may remain in back-up storage for some period of time after your request. Also, please note that we may maintain all User Information in our database whenever we are required to do so by law.

8. Security. We have implemented reasonable measures to help protect your User Information from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access or disclosure. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your User Information, we cannot guarantee its security.

9. Children's Privacy. We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. The Services are not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 and we do not target the Services to children under the age of 13. If you believe that your child under the age of 13 has provided us Personal Information, please contact us at the contact information provided below.

10. Changes. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If under any such update we make any material change to the way in which we treat your User Information, we will inform you by posting a notice on relevant areas of the Services. Any updated version of this Privacy Policy will be effective as of the date set forth therein.
